1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with FlexiCore Solid Surface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use of our services.

2.Products & Services

FlexiCore manufactures and supplies solid surface sheets, countertops, cladding panels, vanity tops, and custom fabricated pieces. Product specifications, colors, and finishes shown on the website are representative and may vary slightly in actual production.

3.Quotation & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and advance payment (minimum 50%)
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

4.Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST (18%). Freight and installation charges are quoted separately. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5.Delivery

Estimated lead times: Standard sheets – 7–10 working days; Custom fabrication – 15–25 working days. FlexiCore is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

6.Warranty

FlexiCore solid surface products carry a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, chemical exposure, or heat damage beyond product ratings.

7.Returns & Replacements

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Custom-fabricated pieces are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

8.Limitation of Liability

FlexiCore's liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

9.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
